Restraints are critical to keep your child safely inside the seat without any possibility of falling out. Will your child be held securely on the seat? Ideally a 5 point safety harness is your best option. Once the spacer is installed, simply remove the smaller, thinner plastic spacer inside the front clamp of the seat’s mounting bar (the plastic insert closest to the “FRONT” marking on the bar, marked with red arrow below). Once removed, wrap the clamp around the groved spacer, making sure the end of the bar is placed inside the spacers’ groves, and then tighten.If you don’t have enough room on your headtube to mount, the WeeRide front-mounted seat has an optional mounting adapter for threadless headsets.
