Despite some of the handwriting being a little tricky to read, I adored this book - it’s so creative and original, and every page you could hear the characters talking.

I’m a big fan of both Ghosts and Ghosts US so I was really interested in reading a sample of this companion book to the series.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. The tie-in book is described as “a hilarious, colourful and entertaining compendium of surviving artefacts and documents relating to the ghosts of Button House’s past lives”. It doesn't say anything too new but there are many intricate but minor details about the ghosts' past lives through the form of artefacts such as letters, newspapers, photos, other correspondence etc.

She hasn't left the village since a traumatic stay in London as a young woman at the end of the 1980s. I love Ghosts, such a well written, funny, and sometimes genuinely poignant show, and if this sample is anything to go by, the book will be a good extension of that - I found the Julian sections in particular very funny. I wish it didn't come with so much cursive, but considering the time periods involved, it's understandable.Lots of little in-jokes and subtle references for fans, and looks like it will make a great companion piece.
